We want you to have fun and don't want to weigh you down with rules. Common sense reigns supreme at BARAZA, as does a policy of transparency, talk to us if you have any queries or concerns.
Here are some important things to know and things we should know about you:
How does payment work?
Upfront payment of 50% is required to book your spot. The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to the start of the retreat. Cancellations are accepted up to 10 days prior to the start day of the retreat (less the processing fees charged by our third party suppliers), thereafter we will be unable to refund you.
Where is the retreat location?
Our home for the weekend is located 50 minutes from Lisbon. Join us in nature as we gather teachers, healers and artists to move, create and replenish.
We will send you directions the week of the retreat for you to make your own way there. *Transport is not included but we do have a Baraza bus you can jump onto!
What should I pack?
What time is check in?
For FULL DISCOVERY ticket holders, check in opens 4pm Thursday and check out is 12pm Sunday.
For DAY PASS ticket holders, check in opens 9am and closes 9.30pm each day.
Is the accommodation shared?
All accommodation is shared with rooms made up of twin or triple rooms. This means you have options to share with another guest or book for you and a friend. Space is limited so book quickly to confirm your room!
Is transport included?
No, you will need to make your own way to the location. BUT we have a BARAZA bus you can book a spot on!
Medical Conditions & Severe Allegeries
You are required to inform us when booking if you suffer from any life threatening medical conditions or allergies so that we can plan accordingly. It is important to also provide us with an emergency contact.
Can I bring my kids & pets?
Currently our retreats only cater for people over 18 years old. The venue has a number of their own animals and therefore does not allow you to bring your pets.
